Flexibility – when to bend
Life changes
Throughout life, there are constant changes which require flexibility and knowing when to bend.
You change in so many ways, additionally so does everyone else around you. Daily, you make choices about what you are willing to adapt yourself for and what you’re not.
So many changes happen in life, and it’s the big ones which you don’t see coming that have a major impact on your life.
Curveballs coming your way
You change in so many ways, additionally so does everyone else around you. Daily, you make choices about what you are willing to adapt yourself for and what you’re not.
So many changes happen in life, and it’s the big ones which you don’t see coming that have a major impact on your life.
Unexpected events happen and this is when your flexibility is important. You discover you can be far more flexible and bend more than you ever thought you were capable of or wanted to.
Curveballs that come your way are often unexpected turn of events which often help you grow and develop in ways that may not be obvious, at first.
Growth and development is the result of curveballs being thrown at you. Both positive and negative situations help you learn and grow, about yourself, in addition to your abilities, skills and knowledge.
Trusting the universe
Although you may not realise, at the time, why you are going through difficult times, you will later reflect on and realise how the challenges helped you grow.
Practising flexibility strengthens you. Life throws you curveballs so you can find the strength inside you. Flexibility helps you cope and adapt to whatever comes your way.
You can be flexible whenever you choose to. Life will send you tests and difficulties, or you can strengthen your flexibility by challenging yourself to become everything you dream of by challenging yourself.
Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.
